Who We Are

Brockport Community Connection (BCC) is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting individuals and families experiencing hardship with the essential services they need in the greater Brockport area. Our mission is to address basic needs insecurities by bridging gaps in our community and ensuring that everyone has access to support during challenging times.

What We Do

Throughout the year, you'll find BCC at community events including the Brockport Farmers Market, Low Bridge High Water Festival, Summer Sidewalk Sale, and Winter Market, while our dedicated board members volunteer at various other events across the village. We also host monthly programming such as Narcan trainings, Mother's Day gift giveaways, and our Secret Santa shop to serve community members throughout the year.

In 2025, the BCC took over the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign in the Brockport area to ensure that all funds raised stay local, allowing us to provide critical assistance with rent, utilities, emergency needs, and more to our neighbors in need. Our committee brings together voices from all Brockport service organizations, local churches, and community partners, creating a collaborative network focused on comprehensive support. Looking toward the future, BCC has a long-term goal of establishing a permanent building that would bring all local services under one roof, creating a single, accessible location where community members can find the help they need.
