Volunteer: Community Garden Work Day @ SMSJWe're excited to host you in the EDEN Gardens! This service project will include a brief orientation to food sovereignty efforts in the Beechwood neighborhood of the City of Rochester, including community gardens and a weekly food pantry. We will work on a variety of garden tasks - weeding, harvesting produce, planting, etc. Come dressed in closed toe shoes, and please bring whatever is needed to keep you comfortable while working outside - water, hats, sunscreen, etc. In case of bad weather, we will be indoors working on tasks for our weekly food pantry.
