SUNY Brockport Trash to Treasure Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in being a community partner for SUNY Brockport's Trash to Treasure event. Please fill out the form below by Friday, April 17. Trash to Treasure is a sustainability and community service initiative at SUNY Brockport designed to support local organizations and reduce waste. The event encourages students to donate new or gently used items that might otherwise be thrown away during move-out.

We will use a lottery system to ensure that there is a fair process for organizations' assigned time slots. Therefore, organizations will be provided a specific time slot and be assigned either May 20th, 21st, or 22nd. You will be notified in late April as to what your assigned day and time for pickup is.

We understand that the organization selection process is random. ^*

We understand that our organization may not be offered an opportunity to participate this year depending on the number of completed interest forms we receive. ^*

We understand that there is no guarantee to find a specific item, and we understand that there will be gently used items. ^*

We understand that we are responsible for transporting items we select. ^*

We verify that our organization is a non-profit or government agency, and is not a business or private residence. ^*
